Un’IPA figlia dei tempi che corrono, dettati dalla scarsità e l’incerta reperibilità dei luppoli, BIPOLARE è una ricetta mutevole. I primi batch sono stati aromatizzati con Crystal, Summit e le nuove varietà Pekko e Adha 527.
Due to the uncertain availability of the different hop qualities, BIPOLARE‘s main feature becomes her mutating recipe. The first batches were flavored with Crystal, Summit and the new Pekko and Adha 527 varieties.
